At Forzza, our journey began with a deep-rooted passion for preserving the art of traditional pizza-making. Our commitment to quality and authenticity has been the driving force behind our dream.

OUR DOUGH

Our pizza dough is crafted in-house using a traditional recipe and method. Made fresh daily, it undergoes a slow 48-hour rise and proofing process, creating our signature light base and flavorful crust. Each pizza is hand-stretched, topped with the finest ingredients, and fired to perfection in our wood-fired oven at 450°C.
